Our first Pocket House has a lovely storey behind it. Two couples, who are great friends, decided to buy and subdivide a site in this beautiful seaside town. One couple decided to build a custom designed Goodhouse, whereas this couple has chosen to go with a three-bedroom Pocket House. The project builds will run concurrently.
